We are there for the biggest, happiest moments in peoples lives Birthdays, Holidays, Graduations, and Anniversaries. All of life’s major events involve sharing an experience and giving a gift. Even a simple unexpected greeting card can brighten someone’s day.
Now more than ever it is up to you to make sure that you have a positive impact on someone’s life. Yes, it is difficult with no one leaving their home. However, there are things you can do that will get you and others through this time and set yourself up to thrive in the future. Help your customers create new traditions or spread the joy to family members that they can not physically be with. Create repackaged gifts that your customers can purchase for themselves or have sent to a loved one. Think about a different theme. What products pair well together? Be creative. You could create different sizes at different price points that allow access to customers regardless of their income situation.
Don’t have the ability to ship items yourself? Are you low on certain inventory? Our vendors have been amazing partners. They want to do everything they can to help you through this difficult time. Many of them are offering direct to consumer drop shipping of their product. In most cases, you don’t even need a website. Your customer can order the product and the vendor will send it to them directly. You just provide the product and shipping details. Programs vary from vendor to vendor, so be sure to contact your sales rep to learn about vendor’s specific programs.
